Support offering from POLYAS
With its Live Voting and Online Voting products, POLYAS helps many people to carry out their elections virtually and securely. We are increasingly receiving inquiries from customers who want help when holding a virtual meeting—even outside of business hours. That is why we have now expanded our range of services.
Carry out voting projects in Self-Service
The online elections and live voting from POLYAS can be implemented using our Self-Service. The election officers organize the digital elections and voting via the POLYAS Online Voting Manager by themselves and, in the case of a Live Voting, they conduct the event using the Liev Voting Cockpit on the actual day of the virtual meeting. In the case of online voting, there is no need for active guidance by the election officer. More information about the differences between the two products is available on our website. Self-service or a customized voting project? Differences and recommendations
We created the POLYAS Self-Service option to allow you to set up and run your elections on your own as election organizers. Self-Service is the perfect choice for small to medium-sized voting projects. You’ll find plenty of instructions and video tutorials in the POLYAS Help Center to help you set up your voting project. We also provide direct assistance with pop-ups within the product and a free online course. Our Support team (email@example.com) is also available to answer any queries you may have by email.
For customized voting projects, we’ll provide you with an Election Manager who will set up your election exactly as you envisage it and advise you throughout the entire voting process. The prices for support services
We offer the following Self-Service support option from our Support team:
- Active support with the setup: If you are looking for active support, this is available as a part of our Service BASIC package at a price of EUR 476 plus VAT. Our Support team will advise you in line with your requirements, provide assistance in setting up your individual project, and provide you with guidelines. You can reach your contact person by e-mail or telephone.
Please note the following important information about the extended support options in our Self-Service:
These support options depend on our availability at the time and must be approved in advance by contacting our Support via firstname.lastname@example.org. The costs are added to your project as a separate item in advance or, if no project with POLYAS comes about, these will be billed individually.
